Return the items according to the agreed rental schedule.

VII. Deposit Return

Your security deposit will be refunded once the items are returned in proper condition and pass our quality check.

Terms & Condition

1. Rental Period

One rental period consists of three days:

Day 1: Dress Delivery
Day 2: Dress Usage
Day 3: Dress Return

The rental period begins once the dress is received by the renter and ends once it is returned to Saintngélic.

2. Rental Fees

Full payment is required upon booking. An additional fee of IDR 50,000/day will be charged for extra rental days. Saintngélic does not offer a down payment system.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping and return costs are fully borne by the renter. Shipping fees provided during checkout are estimates and may change depending on courier rates. Any difference in shipping charges will be informed and adjusted accordingly.

4. Identity Verification

Renters are required to submit a valid ID (KTP/SIM) along with a selfie holding the ID for verification and security purposes. Saintngélic is committed to protecting customer data responsibly.

5. Age Requirement

Renters must be at least 17 years old, verified through valid identification. Renters under 17 years old must use a parent or guardian’s identity.

6. Security Deposit

A security deposit is required for all rentals. The deposit will be refunded once the dress is returned in the same condition as received. Deposits are non-refundable in cases of permanent damage.

7. Delivery

For customers located in Jabodetabek and Bandung, dresses will be delivered via Same Day/Instant delivery services.

For areas covered by Next Day delivery, dresses will be shipped on H-1 before Day 1 of the rental period.

For locations not covered by Next Day services, delivery dates may be adjusted earlier based on courier estimations, with an additional shipping charge of IDR 40,000 due to longer delivery times.

8. Courier Delays

Once the dress has been handed over to the courier service, responsibility for the delivery process lies entirely with the courier. Saintngélic is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers.

9. Responsibility

Dresses must be returned in the same condition as received. Renters are not allowed to wash the dress. Any damage, stains, or alterations will result in repair or replacement charges.

10. Dress Usage

Dresses are for personal use only and may not be lent, transferred, or re-rented to other parties. Dresses must not come into contact with surfaces or conditions that may cause dirt or damage.

11. Alterations & Adjustments

Renters are responsible for ensuring the dress fits properly before use. Any alterations or modifications, including the use of pins or brooches that may damage the fabric, are strictly prohibited.

12. Return Policy

Dresses must be returned on the agreed return date. Late returns will incur a penalty fee of IDR 50,000 per day.

If the dress is not returned within 7 days after the due date, the item will be considered lost and the renter will be charged the full replacement cost along with additional penalties.

13. Cancellation Policy

Renters may cancel their booking; however, a cancellation fee of 50% of the rental price will apply.

14. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes will first be resolved amicably through discussion, and if no agreement is reached, legal action may be pursued.
